Your profile should accurately represent who you are.

Please ensure that:

• your photographs genuinely depict you
• your age and location are accurate
• your profile description reflects your personality
• your content does not intentionally mislead other members

Authenticity builds trust.

Profile photos must:

• clearly represent you
• be appropriate for a general audience
• comply with applicable laws

The following are prohibited:

• pornography or explicit sexual content
• graphic violence
• weapons intended to intimidate
• self-harm content
• hate symbols
• racist or discriminatory content
• images of children
• copyrighted advertising materials
• group photos where your identity cannot be clearly determined

Club Provocateur may remove images that violate these standards.

Treat others as you would like to be treated.

Members must not:

• harass
• threaten
• intimidate
• bully
• stalk
• discriminate
• impersonate another person
• send spam
• repeatedly contact someone after being rejected

Respecting another member’s boundaries is essential.

Not every connection will lead somewhere.

If you are no longer interested:

• communicate respectfully
• decline politely
• move on

If someone declines your interest:

• accept their decision
• do not continue contacting them
• respect their boundaries

For your own safety:

Do not share:

• passwords
• banking information
• government identification
• home addresses
• financial information
• confidential personal documents

Do not request such information from other members.

Never send money or request money from another member.

Club Provocateur is designed exclusively for genuine social interaction and relationship discovery.

The platform may not be used to:

• offer or solicit escort services
• facilitate prostitution or commercial sexual services
• advertise or sell sexually explicit content
• sell photographs, videos, underwear, or similar goods
• request or offer financial compensation in exchange for companionship
• solicit payments from other members
• conduct commercial advertising
• promote illegal products or services
• facilitate unlawful activity

Club Provocateur does not facilitate payments between users or operate as a marketplace for goods or services.

Members who violate these rules may be permanently removed.

Where supported by the platform, members may link to external social media profiles.

External links must not be used to:

• advertise prohibited commercial activity
• redirect members to paid services
• circumvent Club Provocateur policies
• promote illegal or fraudulent activity

If you experience or observe:

• harassment
• fraud
• fake profiles
• abusive behaviour
• impersonation
• illegal activity
• violations of this Code

please report it immediately using:

• the in-app reporting tools, or

Supporting evidence should be provided whenever possible.

Club Provocateur actively combines automated systems with human moderation to help maintain a safe community.

Depending on the severity of a violation, we may:

• remove content
• issue warnings
• temporarily suspend accounts
• permanently terminate accounts
• restrict platform features
• cooperate with law enforcement where legally required

Moderation decisions are made at our discretion to protect the integrity of the community.

We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity including:

• fraudulent accounts
• identity misuse
• payment abuse
• chargeback fraud
• attempts to circumvent platform policies

Accounts involved in fraudulent behaviour may be permanently removed without notice.
